Can you tell me if a user is able to return and update their form at a later time?

 Ie. Fill in responses, but then come back and update? We would like this as some responses may not be able to be filled in by an employee at during the first reply.

Yes, it is possible to allow the user to edit their submission by providing them the Edit Submissions link. You can include this link in the Autoresponder email. Please refer to this user guide: How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date.
