How can I give the ability to add several items in the system?

Please help. I need to see who to let the customer add another item and fill out more items or restaurant options.

If you mean you want to add more items on your form, perhaps you can use the Configurable List widget. This widget allows your users to add more items in the field. Hi, yes it seems like this could help. 

I would like to be able to add more items to my form. If you look at the link, the user will have the ability to click on a restaurant or store name and then put in their respective item. 

My question is the if they want to add more than one meal or item then how can I make this possible for them?
