I have a jotform on my webpage for maintenance requests. When you fill it out and hit submit - it says "Thank you" but I never receive the email. What might have changed that I need to look at?

I checked your mail address and it looks your mail address is in our bounce list. I have removed you from bounce list. You should receive mails now.
You may want to white list our mail servers and domain names to prevent this from happening again, here's a guide: Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.
You can also check if the email is in the bounce list or not with the help of this guide: How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List.
