We are experiencing a problem receiving emails from our jotform using our email address (email@example.com) that we set up manually.
The applicants are receiving the success emails (to their own personal emails) but we are not receiving the email to confirm that there was a submission along with a PDF attachment.
We are receiving emails to that email address when we send tests but its not working through the Jotform.
Can you have a look at this for us? We cannot seem to find the issue.

I checked your email activity history but all emails went through and considered as sent. Can you check your spam folder and see if all the emails landed there?
