Is there a way to see what emails my form is sending out? Of the two addresses setup to receive notifications from this form, only one, the email@example.com address is getting the emails. Can you please help us figure this out?
The email host on our client's side is trying to get a hold of bounceback emails from your side so he can trace the emails back and figure out where the problem is, but he's not even seeing anything hitting his server. Even blocked messages are supposed to be hitting his server. I'm quite sure everything is setup correctly, but its just not sending.

Yes, you can see the sent and failed emails by checking your account's Email History. Here's a guide on How to View All Your Form Email History.
It looks like the email address epsmiles@*******orthodontics.com wasn't receiving the notifications because it was added to the bounce list. I have now removed it from the list so they should receive the next notifications successfully.
To prevent further bouncing related issues, please follow this guide: How to Prevent Email Bouncing Related Issues. I would also suggest you contact your email service provider and ask them to whitelist jotform's addresses. Here's the list: Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses.
