My form is now live and the auto responder email is working - the event delegates are receiving their email confirming their registration.
However the notification email to firstname.lastname@example.org is not working. When i say send test email it gets sent to the the email address which is registered with our jotform account. But that address also does not receive auto notifications every time a delegate registers.
Are you able to help please?

I have checked the email history for the address you provided and I can see indeed the failed emails:
I have checked the email address and I can see it is in our bounce list, here is the reason:
Reason(s) : X-Postfix; unable to look up host
I have removed it and you should receive emails now, please also check this guide in order to find how to properly set up your email notifications to avoid bouncing: How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues
Also, when you use the Test Email button in the email wizard it sends the email to the address set up in the account, if you want to test your email notifications you will need to submit your form.
Please if the issue with no receiving emails still persists, ask your email provider to white-list our IP addresses: Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
