Information submitted by respondents not showing after making payments via PayPal's checkout page

Hi, on my form after someone enters their information, they then click on the paypal button to make a donation and it takes them to the paypal checkout page. However, the information that they submitted on the form does not get saved or sent to us. Do you know how they can save their information and pay?

It is because it will stay in your Incomplete Payment wizard that you can access in your form's submission page until the payment is completed.
