Data disappeared after making changes to the form

I've ended my data collection and made changes to the form. To my horror, all the data disappeared!!! Is there something you can help to restore the data?

I checked your submission and I was able to confirm that there are empty data displayed.

As per checking your form's Revision History, it seems that you have removed the fields where the data is connected and replace it with new fields.

Since the field where the data is connected was removed, the submission data for that field was not displayed. Please note that when you remove a field in your form with existing submission, a warning message will appear that once you delete the field you will also lose the associated data for the field.

Please try to revert back the form to the revision where the fields are still available and see if the submission data will now be displayed. To revert your form to a specific revision, just follow the instructions provided in this article: How to view form revision history
