I just found out that the system doesn't sent the filled in forms to my emailaddress anymore.
Haven't had any problems before, always received the email with the form and the pdf...
Suddenly it's stopped and I can't find the problem.
Is there anyway you can look at it?

We are sorry for the issue you have been experiencing.
When I checked your forms and e-mails where you get notifications, I found out that you were not able to receive notification for this form due to the fact that the e-mail address set for notification was in bounce list.
Please note that I removed it from bounce list. You should get e-mail after now.
However, I also would like to send you following user guide to avoid same situation again.
