Don't receive e-mail notification

Hello,

I just found out that the system doesn't sent the filled in forms to my emailaddress anymore.

Haven't had any problems before, always received the email with the form and the pdf...
Suddenly it's stopped and I can't find the problem.

Is there anyway you can look at it?

We are sorry for the issue you have been experiencing. 

When I checked your forms and e-mails where you get notifications, I found out that you were not able to receive notification for this form due to the fact that the e-mail address set for notification was in bounce list. 

Please note that I removed it from bounce list. You should get e-mail after now.

thank you for helping me out here. This indead was the address where the
problem occured.
I only don't understand what I could have done to prevent this. As I follow
the link and read the stuff, I believe I've done everything as told...
Is there something I've missed??

If your email provider has filters in place, they may block certain content, sender addresses or IP's.  To ensure that all emails get through, have your email provider whitelist our sending IP's:
