I would like to downgrade to my previous version. I do not want to cancel, but It seems that is the only option I'm given when trying to downgrade. Can you help me?

When I checked your account, it seems that you are using Paypal. Please follow below steps to cancel your current subscription.
1. Login to your Paypal account.
2. Find the reference to the latest payment you have made to JotForm.
3. Click the subscription number for that transaction.
4. Click on the " Cancel Subscription" button
After that, you will get back to Free plan. Cancelling subscription does not mean that cancel or deleting your account.
