Why my account is disabled and when it will be restored ?

    Hello,

    You have exceeded your upload limit as a free user. You have 100 MB storage limit.

    Please go to your submissions and delete some uploaded files to free up some space.

    If you cannot reach your forms later on, please contact us again.

    Also you should consider upgrading your account.

    I have deleted some files. Still its showing out of space. Kindly check the same.

    We understand that you've already deleted some of your files, however, if you check your account you will see that its Upload space is still over its limit.

    I suggest you download your submission uploads by following the instructions in the guide below before deleting your submissions.
