    Hi,

    I was wondering if your free forms have jotform referenced on them, or on the confirmation message. Many thanks, Stephen

    Hi Stephen,

    Yes, free forms have the "Powered by JotForm" brand on them. You can not disable that feature until you upgrade your plan.

    Thank you for contacting us.

    If you need any further assistance please let us know.

    According to your subject, from the previous answers I noticed that;

    “Click Set up & Share > Email Alerts > Notification > Delete the JotForm logo > Delete the "View this Submission on JotForm" text > Close > Save”

    After trying this if it does not work with your page, could you please send your url.

    Hi,

    Just to clarify, it depends on the reference you are referring to.

    The "Powered by JotForm" can be seen in the live preview of the form and on the email template. They can be removed.

    Here's an example, if you enable the "JotForm Footer" option in your Account->Settings, that would display the "Powered by JotForm" reference in the live preview of the form, that option allows users to have unlimited number of form views, you can check this guide as a reference: https://www.jotform.com/help/355-Form-View-Limits-What-is-it-all-about

    This is how it looks like if the form is previewed and the "JotForm Footer" is enabled:

    Another reference that you can see if the default email template on your form's email alerts. To learn more about this, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/30-Explanation-of-Email-Notification-and-Autoresponder-Settings

    I strongly advise that you register an account to us, it's free. From there you can test our form builder and see if it fits your needs.

    I hope that helps.
