Not able to submit embedded form on WP website page

    I have just spent >1hr creating a nice form with all the back end and integrated it in the site.

     

    Now at the first round of testing it is not working. When pressing the submit button, it changes int 'please wait' but then nothing happens.

    I am not redirected to the thank you page and no email gets sent to sender or receiver.

    Hi,

    Can you please try also re-embedding the form https://www.jotformeu.com/form/62786271673365 on your website using instead its iframe embed code.

    It seems the current embedded form was having script conflict issue on your WP website page.

    When I test the form using only its own URL https://www.jotformeu.com/form/62786271673365 I did not encounter any issue.

    Using the iframe embed code of the form should prevent any script conflict.

    Let us know if this still did not resolve the issue.

    Yes I embedded using iFrame which seems to work.
