    How to display full name and phone number fields inline?

    Asked by eda408 on October 06, 2016 at 01:26 PM

    I embed my form on my website. The name and phone number fields break into two lines. Is there a way to eliminate this. I want it to look like the linked form. Screen shot of embedded form: http://screencast.com/t/Wi52381Og

    This is because the form loads responsive, setting the full name and phone number fields to display 100% of the screen width helps to properly fill out these fields; however, this can be changed by injecting some CSS code to your form.

    Please follow this guide How-to-Inject-Custom-CSS-Codes and inject the code below:

    @media screen and (max-width: 480px){

           [data-type="control_fullname"] span.form-sub-label-container, [data-type="control_phone"] span.form-sub-label-container{

                width: 49%;

    This way you will get your form displayed as you need, here is also a screenshot about how it should look:

    Hope this helps.
