Hi There:
I am an attorney and I think JotForm could possibly solve a major problem that I have had more many years regarding gathering information from my clients. I do estate planning work and clients need to provide me with details about their financial assets.
So, for example, I might need information regarding their retirement account such as name of the financial institution, the account number, what type of account it is, and the approximate value of the account. The problem is, some clients have only one account and some clients have many accounts (like 8).
Is there any way that I can modify my form so that the client can click "add another account" which would prompt them for information on the next account?
This would help keep the form manageable, otherwise, I will have to have eight separate blocks even if they only have one account.
Thanks for your help!!!
Regards,
Mike
