How can I integrate square into my jot form to take purchases?

I have a jot form which is meant to facilitate the order of restaurant and grocery food.

I have been using the form to allow people to write down what they want and I am going out, buying the food, and charging them through my square reader.

This process is tedious and takes a good but of time. I saw that we can integrate square payment with the form? What are your thought on this? Any help is appreciated because I just really need to make the transaction process as easy as possible for my Square form

I believe you are referring to using square for payment processing on your form.

Please see https://www.jotform.com/blog/246-Create-JotForm-Payment-Forms-Using-Square to learn more about how to add it to your form and get started.

Thank you. What if we do not know the total for the order until AFTER we purchase the item? do you know if there would by anyway to update the price afterwards?

Once the payment is made, there is no way you can charge users the balance using the same form. I would suggest creating a new form and enable user-defined amount for them to fill their balance and pay.
