Adding new email address on the filed of send email on confirmation email/autoresponderAsked by IC_Hong_Kong on October 11, 2016 at 05:50 AM
I would like to add new email address on the filed of send email on confirmation email/autoresponder, but it doesn't work when i tried few times to click "add a new email address".
Please kindly help with it.
I controlled your account and I saw that there was no problem about adding a new email address.
I think that the problem is about our interface. When you click "Add new email address", you need to scroll down to see "Email Type" option. You can follow the illustration below.
Thanks for asking and please let us know if we can be of more assistance.
Thanks for your help.I have one more question, I am trying to add a random code/ reference code on the confirmation email. But, the code didn't generate automatically after I filled in the form(please refer to the below image).
