    Email Notifications: Why emails are not being sent?

    My submissions are not making it to the email recipients after the form has been filled out.  Where is the email going?

    I have checked your email addresses and I found them in our bounce list, here are the emails as well as the reason why they were in: 

    Result: 

    m******a@h****h.u*f.edu is IN Remove the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 530 5.7.1 Client was not authenticated

    Result: 

    s******n@h****h.u*f.edu is IN Remove the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 554 4.4.7 Message expired: unable to deliver in 840 minutes.<421 LDAP verification agent temporarily unavailable: Connection failed>

    I have removed them and you should receive emails now, I would also suggest you to follow this guide in order to avoid bouncing related issues: How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues

    This may also be related to the fact that there is some missing info in your email settings: 

    However, properly setting up your email notifications should help you with this. 

    I have also tested your form and I can see emails are being sent, I indeed received the email auto-responder too:
