Is there a widget that lets me add Text over Images

Is there a widget that I can place on a form that lets a customer upload an image or choose from a gallery of images and place text over it, kind of like a meme?

For Example:

If a parent wants to upload an image of their kid and put text on the bottom "We're so proud of you!"

and that image posts when the form is submitted.

Unfortunately, we do not have a widget with that kind of functionality.

I think the closest widget that you might want to consider is the "Draw on Image" widget. This allows users to upload an image and draw something in it. This does not have text option though.
