I want to capture live leads at a trade show via iPad

Hi would like to know if there is a way of capturing live leads via an iPad at a trade show. all i need is name email and phone number on form and be able to integrate it with mail chimp later. I need it to work without an internet connection. Is this possible?

However, I'm afraid it would not work without an internet connection. Your respondents need to connect to the internet when they need to submit your form.

If you want you can create a Fillable PDF copy of your form and pass it to your respondents. They can fill the PDF form even without an internet connection and save it first. Then, they can submit it at a later time when they already have an access to the internet.
