Fields not appearing in preview/publish mode

Hello, 

I am wondering why fields are disappearing from the survey once I enter the publish mode, even if they are present in the form builder

Can you give us an example what fields are not properly appearing in the live preview?

Upon checking your form, you are using Conditional Logic to "Show" fields specifically based on user input.

Please note that when you use the "SHOW" action, it will only display the fields you specify if the "IF" statement was met. If the rules are not met, then the field will not be displayed in the live preview. Now those fields will still display in the form builder because you are in edit mode there.
