Problem on getting email notifications

    Im not getting emails. :( iv tried all the above.

    We are sorry for this issue.

    When I checked your e-mail logs, your forms Mini SessionPayment plan  and Booking Your Session notifications mails were failed as you stated. However ,I checked recipent e-mail address on ypur notification setting for these three forms but it is not in the bounce list now. If you removed this e-mail address from bounce list before, you should get notification e-mails.

    I can also suggest you to have a look following user guide , it  also help to prevent e-mail bouncing issues.

    If you're still experiencing issues with not receiving submissions to your email, kindly check your Junk/Spam folder and if some of your submissions ended there, please open them and click 'Not Spam', it should look like this(for example in Gmail):

    This is highly important action to prevent such issues in future.
