Hi Stephen, you can check the invoices of your JotForm account by logging into it, and then following this guide:

Your account with username stainlesssteel indeed had a payment of $139 USD (which is about £108.49 when exchanged), so you should be able to access this invoice by simply logging into your account and following the above guide.
