Can I limit the dates in Date (calendar) picker? I want to disable 7 days from submission date and the days from the 14th day.

Is there a possible way to create a condition for the calendar picker? The situation would be like this:

Our policy is that all orders would be processed for 7-14 days. The dates starting today until before the 7th day should be disabled.

You can limit the dates that a submitter can select in our 'DateTime' basic form field:

See this guide on how to use date time field. As I understand you want your users to be able to select the following days between 7th and 14th. Here your settings for date time field:
