I HAVE JUST UPGRADED MY PLAN BUT IT STILL PROMPTS THAT i AM OUT OF STORAGE SPAGE. pLEASE EXPLAIN?

I checked your account, and realized your plan is "Storage". It means, you can have 100 monthly submissions and your monthly submissions are over-limited for now.
In that case, you have three options:
First option is to upgrade your account to any of the paid plans to get higher limits. You can find more details about different account type on our pricing page.
Second option, if you don't want to upgrade, you have to wait until your submissions counter resets to zero which will be on every first day of the following month.
Third option, you can delete existing submissions to create space. For this option, I can suggest you first to export and then delete your submissions.
