I can't get notification emails to send for one of my forms

    The form is called date request form. For some reason I can't get the notification emails to send when forms are completed. I tried the test email and it says a test is being sent to my email, losglobosasst@gmail.com, but I am not receiving anything.

    Keep in mind that when you're using the test email in the notification wizard. The email notification will only send it to the email address of the user account. It will not send to other recipient that you add. You need to manually fill up your form and click the submit button.

    I cloned your form and it is working fine on my end. Can you try deleting your current email notification and create a new one?

    We are having email issues recently. JotForm emails are falling into spam folders of some of the email providers. Could you please check your email spam box? If JotForm emails are there, could you please select all of them and mark them as not spam.
