I went through the trouble shooting for the Notifications and I am still not receiving notifications of submissions.

I checked your email activity history but currently I do not see any email delivery failures in it. Have you checked your spam folder if in case the emails have landed there?
You may also check your email history to see if the emails were sent properly or not. This way you can identify if the email was a failed delivery on JotForm's end or if there is something else going on such as matters related to your mail server. We are having email issues recently. JotForm emails are falling into spam folders of some of the email providers. Could you please check your email spam box? If JotForm emails are there, could you please select all of them and mark them as not spam.
