Can you explain why I am no longer receiving my customer submission forms to my email account directly?
The only way I see them is go directly to jotform.com site.

I've checked your account email firstname.lastname@example.org and I've seen that the email was in our bounce list as you can see the screenshot below:
That was the reason you did not receive emails to your email address. So that, I've removed your email address from our bounce list. You are able to receive emails normally, now.
Also, you can check if the email address is in our bounce list or not as the following link: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
