Where do I set it to send me and email or sms text message?

Asked by mypowersocial on November 02, 2016 at 04:13 AM

    Hi,

I really like this.  I am using the free account right now.  Is there a place that I can set the form to notify me by email and/or sms text message to my phone that the form was filled out?

Also, is there a way to insert an element inside another one? For example, if I have a select boxes on the left but there is plenty of room on the right, can I put another column in?

    Thanks
