Sorry for the misunderstanding. I thought I had changed your account username. However, your username did not change.
We are not able to change your username for now. In order to change your username, you should downgrade your account into the Free plan. After that, we will be able to change your username and then, you will upgrade your account again.
As I checked, you are using PayPal for your subscription. Please follow this guide on how to Cancel PayPal subscription
