How can I link 2 surveys?

Hi there,
What we try to achieve is to have just 1 form but to ask the users to submit it twice, a first time before we start to work with them and a second time after.
The purpose is to evaluate the impact we have on them.
Ideally, this will be anonymous, so we will need to somehow link the two surveys, maybe with a token or an ID.
Is there any solution?
