Can I create a form to obtain updated credit card information for an Authorize.net recurring subscription? I would like to update the customer information by having them enter their information in a form rather that having them give me the credit card numbers over the phone

Hi, I know how to set up the subscription, I need to know if I can have customers update credit card information FOR an existing subscription. The customers credit card has expired and I need to collect his new information and get it to Authorize.net

My apologies for misunderstanding.
Unfortunately, you can't update the credit card details of the user through JotForm. The form only forwards the submission to Authorize.Net and doesn't hold any payment information. You need to update the credit card details inside Authorize.Net.
