a) When I used "convert form to PDF", the form fonts/layout and background design all failed to convert. Can I get a PDF with the same fonts/BG using convert to function?
That's how it works by default. The PDF Form will never look the same as how you see the form on your Form Builder.
b) when we did a test and hit submit, the form does submit, but the file upload field is missing??
Here's a snippet from our guide about Fillable PDF Forms:
The File Upload (9) field is hidden at this time on the PDF files since you can’t transfer file attachments to our servers via a PDF.
That's the reason why the File Upload field was missing from your PDF Form.
