    Hi,

I'd like to customize the form (e.g. Saying "hey Mike !" instead of just "hey !" and pass this information through the URL. Is it possible ?

What would be even better : have customized default answers for some questions (e.g. : pre-filled adress, only changed if not true).

    Is it possible ?

    Thank you !

It is possible to prepopulate the fields of a form from the URL parameters. Please refer to the guide below that can help you in achieving this.

If you need to pass the form data from one form to another, please refer to the guide How-to-Automatically-Pass-Form-Data-to-Another-Form.
