The upload space refers to the space available on your account for uploaded files (images, pdf documents, etc.). For example, you have an Upload Form which collects images from your clients. Each time a user submits the form that has an uploaded image in it, the size of that image will be counted towards the upload space.

Meanwhile, the Total Submission Storage refers to the submissions that are stored on your account. So if you receive 1 submission on your form, that submission will be counted towards the submission storage.

I see that you are currently on the Storage plan. This means you can store an unlimited amount of submissions in your account. You have an upload space of 100MB, and you can receive 100 submissions per month.
