    Why is it that I am not receiving notifications and the forward email feature does not work?

    I am referencing the Call for Abstracts.  I am not receiving notifications when a submission comes in.  The forward email button also does not work.  My co-worker and I both tried to forward an email submission to ourselves and we did not receive it.  one final thing...we would like to change the quick link for addresses so the map doesn't show but since we have 5 submissions currently will we be able to delete a question to add others without loosing the data?  I thank you in advance and look forward to your response.

    The recipient email for that form notification was in bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
