Deleted submission data in google spreadsheet were restored

I deleted some submissions in Google Sheet but after a few hours, those data was automatically restored. My question is whether we can delete some data in the integrated Google Sheet file and how we can do that.

If you want to delete submission data in the google spreadsheet, you will need to do it in the form submission data instead.

Once the submission on the form was deleted, it will no longer reflect in the integrated google spreadsheet as well.
