Hello Support Team
Some other Survey provider offer the ability to lookup the prepoulated Fields from some Service Integratins for example ... like Saleforce.
Is this possible or do i have to add every value when i want to use those fields in your forms ?

After authenticating to SalesForce integration, you'll see a drop down where you can choose what list to use. After choosing the list, you can now map the JotForm fields to the SalesForce database.
There's also a Duplicate Check options below that.
As of right now, these are the available options for the SalesForce integration.Related guides:

Hello Jan
Is sth. planned in the Future to extend the Objects of all which are availiable in Salesforce ( Custom and Standard Objects) ?
With prepopulate Fields i mean...You have an Picklist Field with 3 Values and you can fetch these
values automatically from Salesforce and you don't have to add the values in the form too.
I hope i explained this close to be understandable.

I checked the PickList Field in SalesForce, and it works like a dropdown field in JotForm. Do you mean that if your Picklist Field in SalesForce has existing options (for example, option 1, option 2, option 3) you want this options to be added to the map Dropdown field in JotForm?
Please confirm if I understand your concern correctly, so we can raise the feature request to our developers.

Hello Chriistian
Yes i think were meaning the same. ( Fetch Values out from Salesforce to jotform from an Dropdown Field)
For example:
Status Dropdown Field ( Inprogress,Hold,Rejected) i can select from scratch without typing the Values in Jotform as well.
So it would be great to have these Feature

Hi John,
I see that you want to fetch the data from your Salesforce account and you want them to prepopulate some fields on your JotForm form.
This actually sounds like more of a feature that can be implemented by Salesforce itself however I am now escalating a ticket about your request in any case.
You will be notified if such feature is implemented by our developers.
Thank you for bringing it up.
