Options in the Recipient Email in the Email Autoresponder wizard is showing blank

When I try to choose a recepient email, the system comes up with an empty field. e.g. I cant select any recepient email.

I would like to apologize. I have checked the form you mentioned in your post, however, I have not seen an Email Autoresponder set up in it and an email field.
