    Hi,

When someone edits their submissions, you will receive a separate email notification with "EDIT" tag in the subject title. Guide http://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date

If you mean the changes made to the form, you can find those in your form revisions http://www.jotform.com/help/294-How-to-View-Form-Revision-History.

You can only determine if the submissions was edited over email.

However, there is a workaround to know if the submission was edited in the submissions page. That's to show a datetime field labeled "last edited" or whichever you prefer in the edit URL.

Here's how to show fields on edit mode https://www.jotform.com/help/389-How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-on-Edit-URL.

Before following that guide, you will have to add a DateTime field in your form first. Here's how:

Open the DateTime field properties and set it to Readonly so it can't be edited by the user.

Then in your condition, do it like the this:

So in your form submissions page, the last edited date field will be filled once the user edits the submissions.

    First submission of the user:

    On edit:

Hope this helps. If you need further assistance, let us know.
