My inbox is full, but I have pulled the files from Dropbox, now I just need to empty my inbox, but I can never remember how to do that.

Do you want to empty inbox on your JotForm account?
It seems that you were able to resolve your issue. When I checked your account and I saw that you do not have any submissions. Also your inbox is empty.
