How to find the city based on the postal code?

hello

i understand how to populate all postal codes from Belgium in a dropdown box

i would like to know if it is possible to fill a zone called location based on the value chosen in postal code

for example in the dropdown box i have chosen the postal code = 1770 so i would like to fill

automatically the zone location with "liedekerke"

is this possible if you know there are about 5000 postal codes with each a different location
