How can I generate lots of new fields from a pre-existing list?

I need a form that will include a lot of number fields. I can generate the question texts for the fields in any forma (list, csv, excel).

E.g. I have the list of people who applied to play a game. After the game someone should enter their scores, but not in an excel sheet, but an online form.

Is there a way to generate the fields in the form without a lot of clicking and typing?

Unfortunately, you cannot use an external database or file that will automatically create the fields for you. You need to use the Form Builder to create form fields manually.

However, we have a widget that allows you to define the various field types per column on the list in a matrix-type of layout, t is called Configurable List widget. Here's a helpful guide: How-to-Set-Up-the-Configurable-List-Widget.

Please take note that on this widget, you can set a minimum and maximum fields.
