How can I add credit card payments to my form?

The only methods to accept credit card payments on to your form is by adding the payment gateway services which allows the receiving of credit card payments. 

Most payment gateway services can handle receiving of credit card payments. Some allows this while on the form while others will make the form user be redirected to the payment gateway website in order to enter credit card information and be redirected back to your thank you page.
