    I'm having trouble receiving emails from my jotform contact page at insightoptical.com. My new tech person is asking for my jotform login info? I can'

    Your email address is in the bounce list. This is the reason why you are not getting email alerts from us.

    I have removed it from the bounce list now. If you're having trouble signing in, please use our password reset tool. Here's a guide:

    1. Please go to the Login page and click the "Forgot Password" text link.

    2. Enter the account's email address or the username. After that, click the "Send Reset Instructions" button.

    3. A password reset instructions email will be sent to your inbox.

    Your email is in the bounce list again. I have removed it from the list now.

    I did a test submission on your form and based on the mail logs, I can see that it was sent successfully.

    Please try filling up the actual form to test the notification properly.
