The submission exported became unreadable in CSV.

    Hi,

    The form created was in Chinese, and data exported from the form became unreadable, what can I do? Thanks.

    Hi,

    I have checked your form submissions and I tried to export them in Excel and PDF versions. I didn't replicated your issue in these versions. Your submissions were readable. However, when I tried it to export in CSV, I replicated your issue. 

    According to my understanding, Chinese Simplified Language is not supported or installed for MS Office because I opened CSV in MS Excel again. Download a CSV viewer to your operating system and try again.

    On the other hand, you can download your submissions in Excel or PDF format, too. Please have a look at tihis guide abot how to export your submissions: How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF

    Your thread was duplicated. There is a ticket already opened  for this issue.

    Once our developer fix it, you will be notified via following thread. In the meantime, you can download your submission as PDF or Excel as my colleague said. There is no issue for PDF and Excel file.
