Embedded form is crashing on our customers.

    Hello,

    We are still experiencing issues with Jot Form, for the majority of our customers it works and they are able to upload all forms and photos fine, but we have had quite a lot of problems recently with customers claiming they have uploaded all the relevant documents but when it comes through to us these documents are missing.  This has happend with quite a few people now so we can assume its not an individual issue.

    Also a few people have complained that it crashes when they press send and they have upload everything again.

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    It appears the the embed code of your form is conflicting with your webpage's code:

    Please try embedding your form with the Iframe code: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code 

    Before you embed the code, paste it in a text editor like WordPad, you will notice two part of codes, only copy and embed the Iframe part in your webpage, example:
