We used DWOLLA in the past the allow our tenants to pay their rent online by transferring from their personal bank account to DWOLLA then DWOLLA would transfer the money into our Well Fargo property account. How can I still allow my tenants to transfer money from their personal banking accounts to our property management account using JotForm>

I have linked my DWOLLA account to my new jot form account. How can I
ensure a smooth transaction for my tenants to pay their rent?
Since you have already integrated Dwolla with your form then the payment will be processed, I have checked one of your forms and noticed the payment field is not required so your users may simply submit the form and by-pass the payment, this will only generate the submission, but payment will not be processed.
If you want that all your submissions to have a payment attached then you need to set the payment field as required, this way the payment will need to be done when the form is submitted:

Would you please double check my forms again? I want to ensure that our
tenants can easily log on make their payments.
How many payments can be made each month?
Is there a maximum deposit? If so, what is the magic number that we can't
exceed? Also, if there is a magic number - would our tenants be able to
make 2 transfers in the same day? For example, if our tenants monthly rent
is $6000 a/month but your max transfer is $5000 - can they make 2
transfers, 1 for $1000 and the other for $5000?
Do our tenants need to create an additional account in order to use the new
process? Will they need to create a JotForm account and then link their
DWOLLA account? If so, is there a tutorial on how they would do so?
I have checked your forms and I can see the payment fields have been set to required now so the payment field will need to be done to submit the form.
About the number of payments that can be made monthly, since you're using a free account you're only allowed to receive 10 payments per month, if you want to increase the limit you will need to upgrade your account, currently this is the only limit regarding to payments, there is not a limit regarding to the monthly amount or similar since JotForm does not process directly the payment and this may be a limit on the payment processor you're using, if you want you could contact to Dwolla support and ask for their limits, here's the link: http://help.dwolla.com/
