I have gone through your tutorial, and I THINK I did it as directed, but I am not receiving an e-mail notification. Just to clarify, this is not to give the person submitting the form an e-mail. It is to alert me that someone has submitted a form. Thanks.Page URL:

I have checked email address of your account which is also set as recipient email address of your email Notification is in the bounce list. Because of that email Notifications failed to be sent. Our system gave following result:
firstname.lastname@example.org is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp; 553 5.3.0 alph146 DNSBL:ATTRBL 521< 220.127.116.11
I have now removed it from the bounce list and it should be working fine now.
