Submission counter was reset to 0, today on 1st December.However when I checked your account I noticed that it is scheduled to downgrade on Date: 2016-12-02. The reason is because you have have exceeded your Upload File Storage limit which is 100 MB for free accounts. Your current file upload size is 112.20 MB. This limit does not reset, like submission and form view limit.
To clear your Upload storage space you need delete the submissions with uploads on Submission page of your account.
Note: Delete submissions are permanently deleted and can no longer be restored.
I would suggest you to first download your files to your computer and then delete them.
You can also upgrade your account to a higher plan to get more available space. More about different account types you can find on our Pricing page.
Once you clear your upload storage space, please let us know and we will remove downgrade for your account.
